Sterling Hills
(Singles Event and Skins)

The Ventura Chapter of the
Mulligan Tour is well under way at this point with 3 events completed.
The 3rd event at Sterling Hills was a complete success with a total of
22 golfers participating. A welcome goes out to the newest
players on Tour, Joe Gomez, Kent Brizendine and Andrew Chane.
Joe Gomez won the Tour event with a net 72 (+1) on the day.
A special thanks
goes out to Rob McAfee and Melvin Chen. Without the efforts of
these two individuals the Tour would not be as successful as it
is. Mr. Chen will be the Tour's Field Superintendent and he will
be in charge of scouting the courses for upcoming events and aiding in
the decision making with respect to ling drive holes, tees, and
anything else having to do with the courses we play. Mr. McAfee
is the Tour Player Representative. He is actively
recruiting players to join the Tour and is aiding in the
rules and regulations as they pertain to the players.
Thanks go out to all
the players on Tour, for without your continued support, there
would be no Ventura Mulligan Tour. A special
congatulations goes out to our new point leader Ms. Kim Kuenn, who
finished 2nd at Sterling Hills to egde past Melvin Chen on the leader
board.
The Lost Canyons
2-Day Major is cancelled and we are looking for you players to
submit courses that may be a good fit for our 2-Day Major
June 28, 29. Thanks again for your support and we'll see you in
a couple of weeks at Elkins Ranch.
